SHIPPING & RETURNS
ATTENTION!! INSPECT YOUR PACKAGES RIGHT AWAY! FOR MISSING OR BROKEN ITEMS, YOU HAVE 2 DAYS TO CONTACT US TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. SWAG STORE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RETURN INFORMATION, RETURN TO ADDRESS LISTED ON PACKING SLIP.
RETURN PROCESS: Returning items require that you send us a message from the contact us page containing the following information: Your Email Address, Name, Item (and size), Order Number, what’s wrong with it, and whether or not you’ve opened or used the product. Our team will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to include with your package. We will also send you the return instructions, including the shipping instructions.
All item returns must be pre-authorized. We will discard items received without an RMA if we are not contacted within 30 days.
Returns for credit must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be new, unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition.
Item(s) and packaging must not have been damaged in shipping.
Returns for less than $15 may not be approved.
Special order items are not returnable unless they are defective (see Warranty Return Policy)
Hydroponic Systems, Trimming Machines, Extraction Systems, Lamps, and Bulbs are not accepted for returns.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
New and Unopened Items: For products which are brand new, unopened, not damaged, saleable, and qualify for a return, you will receive a store credit voucher, less the restocking fee of 20% and any shipping and handling fees. The store credit voucher is redeemable on our website towards a future purchase. Keep in mind, we have to sell the product you return.
Opened and/or Used Non-Defective Products: We cannot accept returns of used and/or opened products for a couple of reasons. We don’t resell used or opened products. The types of products we sell change substantially when used or opened. Our confidence in the salability of all items we sell relies on the product being new and unopened. We only sell new products.
Undeliverable Packages: Orders returned by the carrier (shipping company) as undeliverable will be refunded minus the shipping costs. The shipping carrier charges both directions on the shipment, to the undeliverable address and back to us again. A 20% restocking fee is also charged. We make every effort to deliver packages to our customers prior to receiving a package as undeliverable.
Extraction products and Trimming Machines: Used trimmers, machines, extraction products cannot be returned for any reason. Warranty coverage on this type of equipment must go directly to the manufacturer. We offer no guarantees on suitability or performance of any of these devices. Poor performance doesn’t qualify for a product return. Plus you’ve opened and used the product, and we don’t accept these types of returns. The descriptions on our website are provided by the manufacturers and suppliers, we make no claims for their performance, and we don’t endorse them for any particular use.
Defective Items: If during the 30-day return period, an item is defective, this will be handled by Growers United . We may use the manufacturer or supplier for the return process. After the 30-day return period has expired, please refer all warranty requests to the manufacturer. If a defective item returned to Growers United is deemed functional, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred. This includes cases where anything has been done to void the warranty of the item. In both cases, the item will be returned after all shipping and handling fees are paid.
